FEMA Region 10 is hosting this training session, which will cover the basics of mitigation planning for local communities. You will learn about the planning process, assessing risks, and developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies. This course has been updated to reflect new guidance, resources, and materials related to the 2022 Local Mitigation Planning Policy Guide. 

The workshop is for local community officials, emergency managers, planners, and other partners in hazard mitigation planning. Registration is required.
